The State Council of Crimea has approved the sale of the nationalized property of the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, said the Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic Vladimir Konstantinov.
“In the near future, the property of Transport Logistic LLC, the Europe recreation center in the village of Partenit, which belonged to the Ukrainian oligarch Kolomoisky, will be put up for auction. The lot includes 37 real estate objects: a water sports center, retaining walls and more,” Konstantinov wrote in his Telegram channel. According to the chairman of the Crimean parliament, as a result of the sale of property, the budget of Crimea will receive 397.7 million rubles.
Previously, the Crimean authorities sold at an open auction for 44.3 million rubles. apartments of the family of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in the elite residential complex “Emperor” on the territory of Livadia Park (opposite the former southern residence of the Russian emperors). Two individuals bid for the property, the auction step was 1.2 million rubles. As a result, it was acquired by a certain Olga Lipovetskaya.
