18-year-old swimmer from Mozhaisk set a new Russian record

At the Championship of the Central Federal District (CFD), which is taking place these days in Ruza, Mozhaisk swimmer Maxim Trotsenko set a new Russian junior record for pools of 25 meters. It is reported by the Swimming Federation of the Moscow Region.

Maxim overcame the breaststroke distance of 50 meters in 26.13 seconds. This is half a second ahead of the current Russian record.

The Swimming Federation of the Moscow Region congratulates the winner and his coach Gavrish Taras Ivanovich. Maxim is 18 years old, earlier he became a two-time silver medalist in relay swimming as part of the Moscow Region team.
