Famous showman Sergei Zverev expressed his dissatisfaction with the choice of Pantone’s color of the year, calling it unsuccessful. According to Zverev, the peach shade, announced as the main color of 2024, is not the optimal choice, since this color creates a visual effect of fullness and is not suitable for everyone. The showman proposed an alternative in the form of a noble emerald color with a transition to red and yellow gold, believing that this particular shade could become a trend next year.
“This color is fattening, it is not suitable for everyone. Now we need to remind this organization that next year will be the year of the green dragon. Therefore (peach – ed.) is not the topic at all. This is a very dangerous color. It suits a very small percentage of women,” – Zverev emphasized in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
Pantone’s Color of the Year has a significant impact on product development and purchasing decisions in a variety of industries, including fashion, home furnishings, industrial design, and product packaging and graphic design.
