Zhenya Belousov’s daughter and son agreed on how to divide his inheritance

Lawyer Sergei Zhorin said that the children of musician Zhenya Belousov, who died in 1997, agreed on how to divide their father’s inheritance. Both Roman and Christina will receive 1/2 share of the exclusive right to the result of their father’s intellectual activity. The parties came to an understanding already during the preparation for the inheritance trial, reports website KP.ru.

Zhenya Belousov died at the age of 32. The singer’s son from the musician of his group Oksana Shidlovskaya was 5 years old and he could not claim his rights to the inheritance. Belousov also had a daughter, Christina, from one of his wives, Elena Khudik.

Belousov’s paternity in relation to Roman was confirmed by a court decision, but the notary did not take this into account, and Roman himself initially did not raise the issue of inheritance. He entered into the inheritance after 26 years, which, according to Zhorin, is a rare case.
