The Zenit women’s team managed to score four unanswered goals in the second round match of the final stage of the Super League against Ryazan-VDV on the road, the press service of the St. Petersburg club reports.
The team has already met twice in the 2023 Super League. Both matches were won by the blue-white-blue. On Saturday, November 4, the match in Ryazan ended with a score of 4:0.
Elizaveta Lazareva sealed the opponents’ goal in the 40th minute. After the break, Alena Andreeva scored a goal in the 65th minute, followed by Kiki who sent the ball into the Ryazanka goal in the 81st minute. She also scored the last goal of the game in the 86th minute, scoring a double.
Zenit will play its next match at home against Lokomotiv on November 10.
