The State Council of Crimea has nationalized more than fifty properties owned by unfriendly foreigners, including the apartment of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This was announced after the session by Chairman of the Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.
According to him, the list of nationalized property of foreign citizens and states that commit unfriendly actions against Russia has been expanded 57 new objects.
In addition to the apartment of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in the elite residential complex “Emperor” in the village of Livadia, worth more than 100 million rubles. the ownership of the republic included the winery “Alef-Vinal-Krym”, PJSC “UKSNAB”, the shopping center “Sky Plaza”, solar panels “Solar”, the children’s camp “Cypress”, the agricultural enterprise “Semisotka and Company”, JSC “Yalta Khladokombinat” , retail chains of the former Furshet store and the headquarters of the Mejlis banned in the Russian Federation in Simferopol, etc.
Prior to this, the Crimean authorities nationalized more than 130 objects owned by Ukrainian owners: a cinema, factories, large shopping centers and shops. The sale of this property is planned to be completed by the end of 2023.
