Volodymyr Zelensky’s economic adviser Oleg Ustenko proposed setting a price ceiling for Russian oil at $10-$20 per barrel.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia does not plan to supply energy resources to countries that have introduced a price ceiling for them.
In addition, Putin noted that the Russian Federation will continue to switch to settlements in rubles, including for the supply of oil and gas.
The intention to introduce price restrictions on oil in early September was outlined by the finance ministers of the G7 countries.
