Zelensky discussed defense cooperation between Ukraine and France with Macron
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced on his Telegram channel that he had held telephone conversations with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron. According to Zelensky, the conversation lasted about an hour.
“We have substantively and effectively discussed defense cooperation,” the Ukrainian leader wrote.
Zelensky added that she also informed Emmanuel Macron in detail about the situation at the front.
On a separate issue, the leaders discussed the so-called “Formula of Peace”, which was previously proposed by Kyiv. Questions about further steps in the implementation of this formula were also considered.
