Zelensky made reshuffles at the Commander-in-Chief Headquarters

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky made a reshuffle at the Headquarters of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A decree appointing Sergei Lupanchuk as commander of special operations forces was signed; the document was published on the website of the president’s office.
In addition, Viktor Khorenko, who previously held this position, was removed from Headquarters by decree.
Information about Khorenko’s dismissal appeared on November 3; he himself said that he did not know the reasons for this decision. According to him, Commander-in-Chief Valery Zaluzhny could not explain to him why this happened.
