Zelensky warned about the death of Ukrainian pensioners without Western help
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, during his visit to Latvia, said that the country’s government will not have money to pay pensions without foreign funding. This was reported by the Strana portal.
According to the President of Ukraine, this threatens the lives of elderly people.
“We purchase a lot of things at our own expense, but when there is no funding… We cannot help but give pensions to elderly people. I don’t press for pity, but without a pension, old people will simply die. We have more than 11 million pensioners. Is there at least one such country in Europe?” Zelensky noted.
Let us recall that earlier the Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko reported that the Kiev regime intends to delay payments of pensions, salaries to civil servants and teachers.
