The Telegram channel of the Office of the President of Ukraine published a new statement by Volodymyr Zelensky on the need to take care of electricity.
He noted that after the strikes of the RF Armed Forces on the energy infrastructure in many cities and regions, energy companies use schedules for stabilization shutdowns. “This is done so that all of our people have access to energy – in conditions where its production is not possible in sufficient volume,” he explained.
Zelensky emphasized the importance of limiting the use of energy-intensive equipment. He asked mayors and community leaders to ensure that “energy is not wasted.”
“Now is definitely not the time for bright shop windows and signs. We need a very careful attitude to energy consumption in public space,” the Ukrainian president said.
