Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Ilya Kiva said in TG channel, that the explosion in Kherson was carried out by agents recruited by Ukrainian counterintelligence.
According to him, such attacks are generously paid.
“There are up to ten such groups in the liberated territories, the purpose of which is to destabilize the situation and sow panic among the population,” the politician said.
Earlier it became known that as a result of the explosion in Kherson died one man. The alleged target of the attack was the head of the city pre-trial detention center Oleg Tyuturai.
