Ukraine has nothing to do with the drone attack on the Kremlin – it is the Russian side that is trying to “manipulate public opinion.” Such a statement was made on Wednesday, May 3, by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to Zelensky, quoted by the Ukrainian media, Russian President Vladimir Putin “needs to do something drastic,” therefore, Russia “will come up with certain steps every day.”
The Ukrainian politician said that “everything is solved easier: no need to intimidate anyone, no need to use weapons, you need to get out of our territory.”
An attempted attack by unmanned aerial vehicles on the Kremlin was foiled by the Russian air defense system on the night of May 3. Moscow declared these actions of the Ukrainian authorities a terrorist act and warned of its readiness to respond.
However, official Kyiv is trying to convince everyone in his non-involvement in the attack. Ukrainian Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov said that “if officials in the Kremlin try to blame someone, they can blame themselves.”
Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev said that after the attempt of the Kyiv regime to commit a terrorist attack in the Kremlin near Moscow “no options left but physical elimination” President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. His presence, according to the Russian politician, is not required to sign the act of unconditional surrender of Ukraine.
