Zakharova: Statement on a possible war with Azerbaijan is within the competence of the Armenian authorities
The statement by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan about a possible war with Azerbaijan at the end of the week is in no way connected with Russia and is within the competence of the current authorities in Yerevan. This is how the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova commented on the words of the prime minister of the republic in her telegram channel.
“What lengths have the new curators from the European Union, NATO and Washington brought the matter to? This is the exclusive competence of the current authorities in Yerevan and the result of their consultations with Westerners,” wrote a representative of the foreign policy department.
Let us recall that during Nikol Pashinyan’s meeting with residents of border villages, he said that if Armenia does not clarify the borders in the area, then By the end of this week, Azerbaijan will start a war. In particular, he stated the need for a number of settlements to be brought under the control of Baku.
