For a speedy peace in Ukraine, the political will of the West and Kyiv is needed, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova. But Moscow is not watching, she added.

“For a speedy peace, all that is needed is, in fact, the political will of the West, if someone has not yet understood this, and, accordingly, its Kyiv wards. We don’t see this,” stated Zakharov.
