YouTube gives Premium users more privileges
[ad_1]
YouTube video service expanded the number of benefits that Premium subscribers receive – users will now have increased video bitrate in 1080p resolution, support for iOS SharePlay and other features. Previously, Premium subscribers were able to watch ad-free videos, download videos to their device for later viewing, and start background playback.
iOS smartphones will be the first to have access to 1080p video at higher bitrates – Google claims that the video will be “sharper and cleaner”. The feature will become available in the coming weeks. If the user has not finished watching the video on the device, then when they open YouTube in the browser on the PC, they will be prompted to continue watching from where they left off. With Smart Downloads, YouTube will automatically save recommended videos to your gadget for offline viewing. YouTube Premium users on mobile devices will also be able to add videos to the queue.
In Russia, you cannot purchase a YouTube Premium subscription using Russian bank cards. In addition, the service for Russian users is demonetized and does not show ads.
