“This account has been suspended for violating YouTube Community Guidelines,” the agency’s YouTube page said in a statement.
Channel editor Mikhail Titov said that 85,000 people subscribed to the channel, and he called the video about referendums in the annexed territories of the Russian Federation the reason for blocking.
“We received the first strike on May 3 for last year’s video with a statement from the administration of the Kherson region about holding a referendum on joining the Russian Federation. The second is on May 12 for a video with a story about what will change in the LPR and DPR after the referendums on joining Russia. There were no hard shots or appeals, only statements by officials and facts,” Titov specified.
The editor stated that the agency has already created a new channel on video hosting.
