Young Yakutians won medals at the All-Russian archery competitions

From November 21 to November 27, in the city of Velikie Luki, the All-Russian archery competition “Hopes of Russia” was held, in which young Yakutians took part, the Sport of Yakutia newspaper reports.
658 athletes from 35 regions of the Russian Federation took part in the competition, 23 of them were representatives of the city of Velikiye Luki. According to the results of the competition, the Yakut people won prizes.
Maria Tarayarova, a student of the Suntar Sports School of the Olympic Reserve, won the silver medal in the junior age group. In the team championship in compound archery, the team of young men from the village of Suntar, consisting of Lukin Vadim, Gavriliev Timur, Migalkin Egor, won silver. In the senior age group, a graduate of the School of Olympic Reserve Bogdan Chiryaev brought a bronze medal to the republic.
The tour continues. From November 28 to December 3 in the city of Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, competitions began at the Cup of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
