Six Transbaikal athletes won six medals at the open championship of the Amur region in freestyle wrestling, dedicated to the memory of the USSR Master of Sports Rasim Yuldashev. This was reported on November 29 by the press service of the regional Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports.
Children from 7 to 12 years old from Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, the Republics of Buryatia and Sakha (Yakutia) of the Amur region took part in the competition.
According to the results of the competition, Tamir Badmaev took first place, Anzhur Purbuev took second place, Timur Badmaev, Dasha Tsybenov, Baldan Lodoev and Balzhinima Tsyrenov took third place. The wrestlers train with Bair Tsydendorzhiev and Tumen Maksarov.
