UAV races will take place in Armavir. The competition will be held in three age groups on January 14 on the territory of the Leader sports complex.
How writes official information portal of the administration of the Krasnodar region, the competition “Behind the Light of the Christmas Star” will be held in four stages. First there will be qualification and training flights, then group flights and the final.
Before the start of flights, all UAVs will be inspected to ensure compliance with all technical specifications and will receive approval. The competition participants themselves will go through the course on simulators before the start, and only then will go out onto the racing route. The winners will be determined by the time they complete, taking into account penalties.
These competitions were organized by the regional sports training center for intellectual sports with the support of the Russian Drone Racing Federation, the municipal administration and Armavir State Pedagogical University.
Previously “MK in Kuban” wrotethat a graduate of a Kuban university donated the first drone for the needs of the Northern Military District in Ukraine.
