The city authorities launched a chatbot in the Telegram messenger, with which you can transfer the readings of water and heat meters.
Received data from the chatbot @mos_services_bot will directly enter the system of the Unified Information and Settlement Center of the city of Moscow and will be taken into account when generating invoices for payment of housing and communal services, according to the official website of the Moscow Mayor.
To use the services of a chatbot, you need to register in the service and log in using your mobile phone number.
Then everything is simple: you need to click on the “Transfer water / heat readings” button and select the type of meter. In the window that opens, on the first visit, you need to click the “Registration of a KP” button and indicate your payer code, which is indicated on the payment. For repeated visits to enter the readings, press the “List of KP” button – all the payer codes you registered will be indicated there.
By the way, you can register several apartments in the chatbot at once – this is convenient for those who, for example, make statements for their elderly parents who live separately.
“If the meter readings are submitted correctly, the message “Data added successfully” will appear in the chat. In case of an error, you can use the “Delete last readings” button and then enter the data again,” the message on mos.ru specifies.
The new service also allows you to view the latest readings and the history of the transmission of readings directly in Telegram.
It is clarified that it is possible to transmit meter readings for water and electricity using previously available methods – through the services on the mos.ru portal, the My Moscow and Moscow State Services applications, Mosenergosbyt terminals in the My Documents offices, in district dispatch services , offices of the Criminal Code or by calling the unified service department: 8 (495) 539-25-25.
