As reported on the official website of the Mayor of Moscow, vaccination with a nasal vaccine can be done at polyclinics of the capital by appointment or at vaccination points located in GUM and at the Troitsk City Hospital – there is no need to register here. The vaccine in the form of a spray is the same two-component “Sputnik” with the same dosage, only the method of administration differs. Therefore, with its help, you can be vaccinated both for the first time and again.

To increase the effectiveness of the vaccine, the day before its administration, doctors advise to abandon intense physical activity for 7-8 days. In addition, you should refrain from smoking one hour before and one hour after vaccination. And you also need to try not to sneeze or blow your nose for at least two hours after the vaccine is administered.

The period of revaccination after vaccination with a nasal vaccine is the same as after the usual one – six months. Doctors also recommend getting vaccinated about six months after experiencing COVID-19.
