Yaroslavl “Shinnik” was left without a coach

Dmitry Khomukha, head coach of Shinnik, left the team. The governor of the Yaroslavl region, Mikhail Evraev, announced personnel changes in the “black and blue” camp on his page on social networks.
“Today the management of FC Shinnik and head coach Dmitry Khomukha decided to terminate the employment contract by agreement of the parties. Dmitry Ivanovich became the head coach of the black and blue in mid-June 2023. Thank you for your work and wish you a successful continuation of your career!” – this is how the governor informed Yaroslavl residents about personnel changes in the Shinnik team.
The governor also noted that Shinnik has the winter holidays ahead, hinting that during this time the team will be able to draw conclusions and “regroup.” That is, find a new coach.
Sports insiders report that the reason for the harsh personnel decision was the failure in the fall games. In the first half of the season, Shinnik won 6 victories and played 6 matches with a draw. And I lost 10 matches. If in September the team was in the top 5 of the standings, then Shinnik finishes the first half of the season in 13th place.
It is not known who will lead the team after the break.
