One of these people was the acting governor of the Yaroslavl region, Mikhail Evraev.

Mikhail Evraev lost the first question. That is, to the question, “how are you, Mikhail Yakovlevich,” he answered:

– Mostly good.

Maybe it was honest, but, of course, it was not true. Of course, immediately after such an answer, the thought arises that, in fact, it is not very good. And further, from this point of view, all the other answers of the sent person are involuntarily considered, which, after all, in the end may seem to be sent.

— Thank you, Vladimir Vladimirovich, for your attention to the Yaroslavl region… — continued Mikhail Evraev and drew a few figures characterizing the economic situation in the Yaroslavl region. By themselves, these figures could not say anything to an outsider, albeit an interested person, as Vladimir Putin was now, but nevertheless they were uttered: why not?

– I must say that in general the tourism sector is developing very rapidly, there are no places in hotels in the entire Yaroslavl region, there are a huge number of tourists! – and said. about.

Mikhail Evraev admitted that this is not his merit, but the former governor’s. Might as well not admit it.

“About the situation with refugees,” Mikhail Evraev continued, “and support for the families of servicemen. 1591 people arrived in the Yaroslavl region, 645 people were placed in temporary accommodation centers.

Speaking about the modernization of public transport, Mikhail Evraev emphasized that the most important part of it is the branding of modern buses:

But, secondly, residents will at least walk more often, since not everyone will get on the bus, where a bear with an ax is waiting for them, especially if you portray it intelligibly, and there is no doubt about it: the best forces of the artists of the Yaroslavl region are thrown into this who are to be trusted.

Bears will be bred systematically and inevitably:

– We have already launched, – Mikhail Evraev explained, – a small pilot route from July 14, so that residents can see how it works, give their comments, suggestions, and we will do this throughout the city and district in February-March next year . Now we are preparing for this. And of course, we want to later extend this to the entire Yaroslavl region. We will gradually go: we started from Yaroslavl and the region and we will go to ensure that the entire territory of the Yaroslavl region receives modern, comfortable public transport.

Mikhail Evraev moved to cultural objects in the Yaroslavl region:

“Among the key objects,” he stressed, “one can single out, of course, the Church of John the Baptist, which is depicted on our Russian banknote of 1 thousand rubles. It is in serious condition (like the ruble bill itself.— A.K.), is a monument of federal significance. We set ourselves such a goal – to restore its proper appearance.

“Another project is the repair of roads,” said Mikhail Evraev. “We have 57% of regional roads and 73% of municipal roads in substandard condition.

Due to what the roads will be repaired in 2023, Mikhail Evraev did not specify. In the end, this is not of decisive importance: the elections are in 2022.

In addition, Mikhail Evraev asked the president to pay attention to the Karabulin interchange, the southern semicircle of Yaroslavl. He talked for a long time about what it was (in short: it is not Karabulinskaya at all), but he did not explain what the help should consist of and quickly moved on to the next question.
