“Yandex” received 38.6 billion rubles for the sale of “Zen. Platforms”

Yandex sold its subsidiary Dzen.Platform LLC for 38.6 billion rubles and invested the same amount in the capital of the Delivery Club food delivery service. This information was published in the explanatory notes to the balance sheet and the statement of financial results of the company, available in the database of the Federal Tax Service, RIA Novosti reports.
In September 2022, Yandex and VK announced an asset swap: Yandex received Delivery Club, and VK received Zen and Novosti. According to the document, Yandex recorded the sale of a stake in Zen.Platform LLC for 38.58 billion rubles in income.
