The deputy cited alarming statistics: 57% of children and 70% of teachers experience bullying. Bullying is the most common cause of teen suicide. 75% of school shootings, that is, armed attacks on schools, “had a history of bullying.

28% of children who were bullied at school have mental and psychological health problems 10-15 years later. And only 0.3% of victims of bullying sought help.





Work on the new bill was carried out with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Education, psychologists, psychiatrists, and the expert community. First of all, it is necessary to introduce into legislation the concepts of “bullying”, “object of bullying”, etc. Development of psychological assistance in schools, “trust boxes”. It is urgent to train psychologists on how to work with deviant behavior and work with grief.

“Bullying is a problem of an infected team,” says the deputy. And we can deal with it together.
