Yana Churikova spoke about wrinkles: “I refused Botox”

TV presenter Yana Churikova, it seems, has not changed at all over the years: what she was at the Star Factory, we practically see her now on a popular musical project, where Yana noticed Dmitry Nagiyev. Numerous fans leading this fact, too, could not help but notice. And, of course, they are discussing with might and main what Churikova is doing in order to look the way she looks at her 44 years old. “MK” managed to find out from the star herself the secrets of her beauty.

“I can’t call myself a beautyholic, but I understand that aesthetic medicine and self-care are important things for a woman, and as in all areas of life, healthy relationships also need to be established here,” the presenter said. – Therefore, to get carried away according to the principle: everyone has done a fashionable procedure, why not me yet? – Definitely not my choice. It is clear that in the struggle “woman and time” time will always win. Get ready to lose. But if you do not perceive it as a struggle, then the system can be built in a completely different way. So I am not at all shifted on the topic of procedures, but I do not deny their necessity either. I approach selectively, always – under the task. And I trust specialists, because there are so many offers on the market – I even get confused in their names, to be honest. Now I have one of the tasks – by age, to maintain skin turgor.

– Have you already tried any procedures?

– Of all the hardware procedures, I try to choose those that really work, for example, radiofrequency lifting, which I do with a certain frequency. But photorejuvenation, for example, did not suit me, although many people like it. Now, probably, some will look askance at me, but I decided to refuse Botox and analogues on my face. The last time, about five years ago, the procedure had an unpleasant side effect, although before that everything was fine. Since then, I have decided for myself: somehow manage.

– Some of your colleagues say that after they saw themselves on TV in close-up, they ran to inject, and how do you feel about your mimic wrinkles on the screen?

– I looked at the screen, for example, now on the “Voice”, I saw mimic wrinkles, looked at the passport, realized that there is my active mimicry, with which I can do nothing, and thought: “Well, okay! It’s me and mine organic! There are a million other women looking at me who are going through the same problems at my age.” But if I now chop, it means to tell them: “Girls, do not accept yourself as you are.” So I won’t do it. I want to broadcast moderation and balance. One of my older colleagues and I just had a conversation on this topic. She told me: “Yanka, well, you should always inject.” Well, I had this experience. I don’t want to continue. Bye. Respect my choice.

– And the producers and management do not force the TV presenter Churikova to do something with her face? No pressure on TV?

– There is no pressure, where the leadership on television tells a woman how to look in the frame. These are all fairy tales. There is a woman’s perception of herself. There is a society that is trying to impose something on you. All this is from the field of psychology, ethics, marketing. And there is your personal choice – what you do or not do with your body. If you want – if Botox and increase the breast, if you don’t want – don’t if and don’t increase. We must learn to accept this choice, whatever it may be. In general, the main secret of beauty for a woman – leading on TV – is light. Good light can save the work of make-up artists and cosmetologists, and bad light can ruin everything.
