Yakut athletes won prizes at the Far Eastern Federal District Table Tennis Cup

In the city of Khabarovsk, from August 1 to 3, the II round of the Far East Table Tennis Cup was held, where the Yakut team took third place out of 19 men’s teams, and the Yakut athletes won second place out of 13 women’s teams.
In general, the competition brought together 150 participants from all regions of the Far East, including teams from the universities of the district, the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, as well as Russian Railways.
According to the overall results, both in the men’s and women’s championships, Buryatia won.
The multiple winner of the championships of the Far Eastern Federal District Alyona Mazova shared that many games showed strong draws, the fight was tense.
From September 28 to October 1, the 3rd round of the Table Tennis Cup will be held in Vladivostok. The final competition will gather athletes in Khabarovsk from 14 to 17 November.
