Xiaomi introduced new smartphones 12T and 12T Pro

Xiaomi company introduced the new 12T family of smartphones, which includes the base 12T model and the flagship 12T Pro device.
Both gadgets have the same 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2712×1220 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The screen, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, has a built-in fingerprint scanner and an integrated front-facing 20 MP camera. The main camera unit of the 12T includes a 108MP lens, an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The 12T Pro version differs only in the presence of a 200 MP camera with optical stabilization and support for 8K video recording.
The technical differences between the two 5G-enabled smartphones come down to the type of processor. Xiaomi 12T is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8100-Ultra chip, while Xiaomi 12T Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. The devices received 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal memory. Both novelties have a 5000 mAh battery with support for a 120 W charger, they can work with two SIM-cards.
Smartphones will enter the market with the Android 12 operating system with a proprietary MIUI 13 graphical shell. Xiaomi 12T will cost from €599, and Xiaomi 12T Pro will cost from €749. Sales of devices will start on October 13.
