WP: Kyiv transferred part of the troops from the east to the south

The Armed Forces of Ukraine transferred some units from the east to the south. David Ignatius, a columnist for the American edition of the Washington Post, writes about this.
As the New York Times reported earlier, the Western military suggested that Kyiv concentrate on the direction of the main attack. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky later rejected this idea, arguing that in this case Kyiv would lose even more territories.
Now, as Ignatius writes, Kyiv did respond by moving some units south from Bakhmut (Ukrainian name for the city of Artemovsk – ed.) and other areas in the east.
