World champions in rhythmic gymnastics held master classes in Chita

On December 19 and 20, Chita hosted free master classes from the world champion in men’s rhythmic gymnastics Alexander Buklov, as well as from the world and European champion, Honored Master of Sports of Russia in rhythmic gymnastics Irina Dzyuba. More than a hundred young gymnasts gathered in the hall of the sports complex, who passed the preliminary selection based on the results of competitions in clubs and schools of the region. According to the organizers, such short master classes are needed for children to communicate with professionals, to show their talent and broaden their horizons. Through the opportunity to learn from famous athletes, girls can understand how wide the possibilities that the world of gymnastics opens up for them.





Irina Dziuba wished the Trans-Baikal Territory and Chita to raise Olympic champions in the near future. She expressed the hope that with a great desire and with faith in victory, this will definitely work out. At the opening ceremony, young athletes were greeted by those who made a great contribution to the organization of the event, as well as to the development and popularization of rhythmic gymnastics in the region.





The Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the region Andrey Seredkin noted that this master class was a beautiful end to the eventful 2022.

“Thanks to the activity that is in you, in the organizers and in your parents, we all did a lot this year together, and even more remains to be done,” he turned to the girls. “I want each of the participants in these classes to receive as much energy and knowledge as possible.”





An unforgettable meeting with the masters of the “stars” of regional sports was organized by the public organization for the promotion and popularization of rhythmic gymnastics “Voskhod” and the company “Udokan Copper”.

“We will try to create all the conditions for rhythmic gymnastics to be one of the most popular sports in Transbaikalia,” said Yulia Shabala, Deputy Director General for Sustainable Development and Corporate Affairs at Udokan Copper. “And the best way to do this is to give young gymnasts inspiration, the joy of performances and personal communication with the famous athletes of our country.”





Formerly “MK in Chita” wrotethat from September 1 to September 4, 2022, the first All-Russian competition in rhythmic gymnastics “Gold of Udokan” was held in Chita.
