More than 50 different events dedicated to the development of the street workout movement in the region will be held in the Trans-Baikal Territory in 2023. On January 3, MK in Chita was informed by the President of the Street Workout Federation of the Trans-Baikal Territory Nikolai Goncharenko.
“Next year we plan to hold at least 50 events, trips, master classes and competitions. We want to launch a website where information about the activities of the Federation will be available, and we will also start publishing video tutorials for beginners and professionals. Let’s make sport even more accessible,” Goncharenko said.
He added that the Transbaikalians will again take part in the CARDO International Prize. The Federation Cup will be played on the territory of the region.
“There are also plans to open a second workout gym in Chernovsky or the Central District of Chita, the main problem is to find a room with high ceilings. The most important work to be done next year is the creation of a street sports park. We will make every effort to create a place in Chita where there will be the first professional workout ground and the first parkour park. Such a space will unite street sports and attract more youth.
