Women’s teams of law enforcement agencies held a mini-football match in Volgograd

Employees of regional law enforcement agencies met for the first time at the Neftyanik stadium last Saturday, September 30. The teams played a friendly mini-football match.
Women’s teams from the regional Federal Penitentiary Service, the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the regional prosecutor’s office competed in the tournament. The event was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory of Soviet troops in the Battle of Stalingrad.
The spectators of the friendly match were the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Volgograd region Alexander Prosvernin, regional prosecutor Denis Kostenko and the head of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Dmitry Velmozhko.
As explained in the regulatory department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation, the newly created women’s team took part in the match for the first time. However, she managed to demonstrate good results.
After the end of the match, law enforcement officers were given commemorative certificates and medals, and the tournament winners won the cup.
