Wildberries users encountered problems when conducting transactions with cards of the Mastercard payment system. According to the company’s press service, specialists are currently actively working to eliminate the identified problems.
According to information from TASS, on February 20, the Wildberries information system recorded unsuccessful attempts by customers to link Mastercard cards to their personal account or make online payments. The company’s IT specialists are taking all necessary measures to restore normal operation of the system. Currently, Wildberries customers have access to payment for orders through WB Wallet, SBP, Sber Pay and the Mir card to make payments for goods.
