Wildberries has launched the production of smart TVs under its own brand (STM) RAZZ in order to sell them exclusively on the marketplace, a company representative told Vedomosti. Depending on the technical characteristics, the cost of devices will vary from 7,500 to 40,000 rubles, he specified. The volume of TVs planned for release, as well as the amount of investment in the project, the representative of Wildberries did not disclose.
The fact that Wildberries will launch its own brand of electronics and household appliances, Vedomosti wrote at the end of March. In addition to televisions, the company sells refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, blenders, and plans to sell wearable gadgets such as tablets, laptops and smartphones.
