The head of the All-Russian Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics, Irina Viner, called gymnastics halls in the United States scary, comparing them to vegetable farms. She made this statement at the opening of the Irina Viner Gymnastics Palace in New Moscow, writes TASS.

According to her, the United States is much inferior in terms of organizing places for training.

“I have one very famous girl who wanted to see how it is in America. We arrived and were horrified. Their conditions are terrible, I saw their hall, we call it a vegetable base,” said Wiener.

Earlier, the president of the WFHG stated that call of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to the national committees to refuse participation in the Friendship Games – a very expected result.

She noted that athletes will not be required to change their uniform or renounce their national flag, as the IOC does for Russians.
