In order to more quickly spend budget funds allocated to finance the housing resettlement program, which has been recognized as unsafe since 2017, the Ministry of Construction proposes to introduce a flexible procedure for their distribution. Thus, it is planned to allow the redistribution of part of the funds allocated to regions that are slow to absorb these funds – if the concluded government contracts for the purchase or construction of housing provide less than half of the declared volume of resettlement at a particular stage of the program – in favor of other entities.
