White House: Israel and Hamas refuse to return to hostage talks

Israel and the radical Palestinian movement Hamas refused to return to negotiations for the release of the hostages. John Kirby, coordinator of strategic communications at the White House National Security Council, announced this in an interview with ABC.
“At this point, neither side wants to return to the negotiating table,” Kirby said.
