Vladislav Garievich Kuznetsov was born on March 18, 1969 in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Management named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze (now the State University of Management). On September 8, 2013, he was elected to the State Assembly – the Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the 5th convocation from the United Russia party. He was a member of the committee on local self-government, the development of civil society institutions and the media.
