What do we expect from Liz Truss? – no good for anyone

The former metropolis is finally turning into the backyard of its former colony, the next US state, only worse. Who makes the decisions in the US? In any case, not Pelosi and not even Biden.

On September 5, the results of the election for the post of head of the Conservative Party of Britain became known. According to the local rules of the game, this means the automatic selection of a new prime minister. The people with their electoral will have nothing to do with it at all.

The struggle for the main post of the country was carried out on June 20 in the last round of voting by the current foreign minister Liz Truss and former finance minister Rishi Sunak.

The results and prospects of the British twists and turns were highlighted by Alexei Gromyko, director of the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences, on September 5 at a briefing at the Rossiya Segodnya international information agency.

The picture turned out to be quite expected. Sorry Britain. The former metropolis became a vassal of its former colony. Both genetically hate Russia. Both are equally satisfied with bloody provocations with the sole purpose of limiting Russia’s role in the world. London organized the assassination of Ambassador Griboyedov in Persia. Washington organized an explosion of Afghan students of Russian universities near the Russian embassy in Kabul.

However, Gromyko did not talk about this, and it is so obvious. Liz Truss is the third woman to lead Britain in its entire history. What sounded significant in the speech of the director of the Institute of Europe is even more obvious, and yet we in Russia do not understand how this is even possible.

67 million people live in Britain, they are not citizens, but subjects, because there is a monarchy. The future prime minister was chosen by two hundred thousand people. Democracy is very far away. In the first round, Liz Truss lost to Rishi Sunak. In the second round, it turned out 50:43.

Sunak won with some economic rationality. Trass – the one that intends to continue the Johnson line. According to Gromyko, what ruined Sunak was the fact that he launched the process of removing Johnson. In the elite environment that chose the future leader of the country, the political course is more important than the well-being of the population. Gromyko is certainly an informed person. Perhaps for this reason, a picture emerges from his words, which he hardly wanted to see.

Liz Truss was the product of a washout of competent people. She is a jumper, has changed several posts, and is unlikely to stay as prime minister for long. According to Gromyko’s forecast, up to two years.

In serious matters, she swims, so she did not present the program before the elections. She promised to do it right after the appointment. Truss, obviously, will follow in line with US policy in terms of assistance to Ukraine and at the same time claim to recreate the image of global Britain. Simultaneously global NATO.

How will this help the British? There is stratification and impoverishment. The policy of special relations with the US began under Winston Churchill and has since become increasingly unbalanced. Churchill also came to office for the first time without an election in 1940.

Truss intends to remove the green tax from the business and develop oil fields in the North Sea, while oil production will use hydraulic fracturing. In Britain, with its green sentiments, all this is unpopular. The main thing is that it will give nothing to the British people. A second referendum on Scottish independence is possible in 2023. Without the consent of London, this is impossible. However, the discontent of the population is growing, and this pours water on the mill of the nationalists.

Gromyko expects massive anti-government street protests that have not been seen in Britain since the early eighties. All this works for the Laborites, who will undoubtedly play the protest card. Already now they have an advantage over the conservatives of ten to fifteen percent. If there were real elections in the country, no Trusses would exist in nature. Truss supported Brexit, although it led to negative consequences for both Britain and the European Union. London left the EU not on horseback. But there are many countries that look at London with a breath. And the USA in general is a city on a hill. The challenge for Truss is to keep the pro-US and pro-NATO sentiment alive.

In her youth, Truss went to rallies against Thatcher. I changed my shoes and acted like Thatcher-2.0. She does not shine with intellectual abilities, and this is rather a parody of Thatcher. Truss advocates supplying weapons to Washington more, echoing Washington’s narrative. Nancy Pelosi recently spoke out against the UK-US breakup. Truss said she would decide for herself.

What kind of break can we talk about? The question is who makes the decisions in the US. It’s definitely not Pelosi or even Biden. They played their part. It’s time for the Truss.

In my opinion, Truss is an enemy for Russia, and Russia is an enemy for her.
