The project itself was presented by State Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Vladimir Koshelev. He said that the neural network was trained on the digitized heritage of Zhirinovsky – speeches, statements, interviews with a politician. “Artificial intelligence can be compared to how atomic energy was studied in the last century – it had positive and destructive effects. And artificial intelligence may work in the future as well,” Koshelev said. The neural network Zhirinovsky, in his words, will “work for the good of the country.”

He added that the Liberal Democratic Party is preparing a bill according to which developments in the field of artificial intelligence should be carried out under state patronage.
