Zaluzhny’s adviser called on Ukrainians not to think about the death of their sons at the front
Parents of Ukrainian military personnel should not be afraid of the death of their sons and daughters, because we will all die sooner or later. This statement was made by Alla Martynyuk, a freelance adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
According to the official, “this hysteria is not needed,” since “we will all die anyway,” because “we are all not eternal.”
Martynyuk tried to convince Ukrainians that it is better to die in battle than “to walk down the street and a brick will fall on you,” and she suggested that Ukrainians who lose their children in battles take comfort in the thought that their child is “really a hero” and “color nation.”
Many citizens of Ukraine are trying to avoid mobilization, which is already forced. In Chernivtsi, a man jumped out of the window of a military registration and enlistment office to escape from mobilization. He suffered an open fracture of his leg.
At the same time, the Ukrainian parliament assures that the state does not have the money for a new large-scale wave of mobilization. Verkhovna Rada Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak skeptical about the possibilities Ukrainian authorities implement a plan to conduct a new large-scale mobilization of 500 thousand people.
