But when the bench is small and key players drop out, it’s hard to replace them. We tried. I am grateful to all the coaching staff, players, medical staff, because it was a crazy amount of work. Plus complicated logistics for flights. They did a good job of restoring the players. There were only fractures, and muscle injuries were avoided. In terms of the game, some worked, some didn’t. Everything does not happen at once.
The mentor noted the important role of the audience throughout the season. The match against Khimki was attended by 20,278 people.
– I also thank the fans. I don’t get tired of talking about it. Every time they pleasantly surprise us, and today, in such inclement weather, they came to support us. There is some kind of family unity between the team and the fans. When we go to the game, we have a tradition: having embraced, we speak according to the word. And for the most part today, the guys talked about the family. There is great progress in terms of unity. And the result will come, it just takes time.
Finally, Alexander Storozhuk spoke about the team’s plans for the off-season and personal vacation.
– We have all the training camps planned in the Emirates, a tournament is planned there, but it is still in doubt. As for vacation, this is just the time when you can visit with your family, go to your parents. When the season is on, you are at the base almost all the time and you don’t see your relatives.
