The Argentinean party La Libertad Avanza decided to respond to an article published by The Washington Post, in which an article titled “Why didn’t Argentina take more black players to the World Cup?” appeared.
“Because we are a country, not a Disney movie,” the party wrote on its Twitter page.
This response of the Argentinean party is due to the fact that recently the Disney film studio began to release more and more films in which the main or secondary characters are black heroes.
Argentina will take on Croatia on Tuesday in the semi-finals of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The meeting will take place at 22:00. The winner of the meeting will meet in the final with one of the teams from the France-Morocco pair.
