Michelle: If Ukraine stops receiving aid, it will have to use water pistols

The head of the European Council, Charles Michel, in an effort to justify arms supplies to Kyiv, said that if Ukraine stops receiving help from the West, it will have to “defend itself with water pistols or loud speeches.”

He called the very supply of weapons to Ukraine “the moral duty of Europe” and even “the responsibility of every European to future generations.” He considers the financial resources sent to Kyiv “an investment in the security of the European Union.”
