The situation in Kosovo is very difficult, and the risk of a collision in the region is very high. This was announced by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic during his address to the nation following the talks held in Brussels.
In Belgium, the Serbian government met with representatives of the self-proclaimed Republic of Kosovo. However, no agreements were reached during the negotiations. At the same time, Vucic warned that the situation in Kosovo is very difficult and is on the verge of a collision.
According to the Serbian President, the Kosovo authorities have sent special forces to their northern territories, to four regions where Serbs are located.
Kosovo declared its independence on February 17, 2008. It has been recognized by more than 100 countries, but Russia is not included in this number. Serbia still considers Kosovo its territory.
