Vucic: The West will have to enter into conflict with the Russian Federation or achieve a truce in Ukraine
Western countries could come into direct conflict with Russia or still attempt to achieve a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Ukraine. This statement was made by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in an interview with B92 TV channel.
“There are two scenarios. Either the West will go towards a complete conflict with Russia, or with the help of the United States and China, some kind of truce will be established, which will mean a huge relief for the world,” Vucic said.
He emphasized that in the event of a large-scale clash between the Russian Federation and the North Atlantic Alliance, the actions could also affect Serbia, which is preparing for any turn of events.
The Russian leadership has repeatedly stated that Moscow is ready for negotiations on the Ukrainian conflict, but on its own terms.
