VTsIOM: 78% of those who watched the message of Vladimir Putin considered it sincere

According to the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM), 78% of those who watched the message of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly think that he was honest and sincere. 82% told VTsIOM that they were interested in his speech.
As follows from the results of the VTsIOM poll, 78% considered Mr. Putin’s message sincere and honest, another 9% think the opposite. 13% found it difficult to answer.
The president’s message was considered interesting by 82% of the viewers. Of these, for 52% it was completely interesting, for 30% – most of it. 41% believe that the issues raised in the message were important and meaningful. For 33%, most of the issues raised were important, for 23% – only a part. According to 3%, only minor issues were raised.
Vladimir Putin’s message made a positive impression on 81% of viewers. For 45% of them it was completely positive, for 36% it was partially positive. Rather, the message made a negative impression on 10%, another 1% – a completely negative impression.
Vladimir Putin delivered a message to the Federal Assembly on February 21. At it, he announced the suspension of Russia’s participation in the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty. The law for this was approved in the Federation Council on February 22.
