More than 900 flags with the symbols of the Fakel football club will be hung in Voronezh. They will be placed along the embankment and in the city center during the ongoing Russian Premier League season.
The capital of the Black Earth Region began searching for a contractor who will produce flags and several structures to secure them. The initial maximum price of the auction is almost 1.638 million rubles. The money will be allocated from the city budget as part of the Cultural Development program.
The contractor will have to complete the service by March 25th.
According to the contract, the flags will be installed on the Massalitinovo embankment, in the North Bridge area and in the city center.
