Voronezh FC Fakel announced the start of sales of season tickets for the team’s home matches and problems with their purchase

On Saturday, July 8, the sale of season tickets for the home matches of the Voronezh football team “Fakel” of the RPL-2023/2024 season started. True, season tickets can only be purchased for the first part of the championship. According to the press service of the football club, this decision was made due to the fact that in the course of the season “Fakel” may change the venue for home games – they can “move” from the Central Stadium of Trade Unions to the new stadium “Fakel”.
Already on the day of the start of sales, there were problems with the purchase of subscriptions. FC Fakel noted that their ticket operator is doing everything possible to solve technical problems, but so far the high pressure on the server does not allow the sale of subscriptions.
– We apologize and make every effort to resume the correct operation of the club’s official website. The club is doing everything possible to rectify the situation, – the press service of the FC noted.
Fakel also said that fans will be able to attend 9 home matches of Fakel with season tickets purchased – we are talking about games with such teams as Lokomotiv, Pari NN, Krasnodar, Rubin, Sochi, Spartak, CSKA, Baltika and Dynamo. All these matches will be played until the end of 2023.
Subscriptions can be purchased at the online ticket office Qtickets.ru. You can also go to Fakel’s official website fakelfc.ru and following the link from the news or a special button, the fans will be redirected to the website of the ticket operator. A group of teams in the VK and the State Services application will also send there. Subscriptions are sold in the mode “no more than 3 from one electronic device and one mail” (you need to buy them in one order). The Fakel press service reminds that the buyer must have a Fan Card, and if it is not there, it must be issued urgently.
After purchasing a season ticket, the fan will receive a QR code in the personal account of the State Services (it will be held for each specific match as the calendar is published before each game). This QR code will need to be applied to the ACS when entering the stadium.
The team’s management noted that the demand for season tickets is high. In total, 10,000 season tickets will go on sale (including children’s tickets, for fans from 4 to 14 years old, which will cost less). By the way, everyone should have a fan card, including children (even babies!). Recall that children under 3 years old can visit the matches for free.
